I have emailed jeffies whom apparently do a silver clincher instead which would probably look better than bass or even brass if I could spell at all.

Temps [why first of all could you not have used the username PGTips

] and secondly bit too posh for me

Personally, I wouldn't mix Brass and Stainless. A bit like the old saying Blue and Green should not be seen....!
I go with trying to source a Silver one.

I think it would look good.
Think brass clincher is more traditional than silver clincher. Think the silvers look good on greys...but go with what you think!!
Alternatively go for a combination of the two..I have got one that is an alternate brass and silver clincher..came from Inchs I think. Sounds bit odd but is quite subtle and nice!

Oh I quite like blue and green together

oops

Well the silver one will be nickel so no not stainless steel, however it will only be for special occasions

Missie is wearing one in my siggie with a brown bridle with stainless steel buckles and i think it looks nice. maybe a silver one might look better with a black bridle though?
