Well speaking from a livery yard owner's perspective, I wouldn't have a cribber on my yard I'm afraid.
Not sure whether they are being bitchy or not, it all depends on the manner in which they were passing on information to the person considering buying the horse. Chinese Whispers and all......things are often taken out of context, so no I would likely err towards the thought that the people were well-meaning.
