No I wouldn't be annoyed. Because they would have been picked up by vet at the vetting. And obviously the physical problems by me on initial viewing.

sorry to say - no matter how cheap something is, there's normal a very good reason. And in buying private it's defo buyer beware,
sorry but if you didn't notice these lumps and bumps why didn't you get vetting a stage 2 would have picked this up
Sorry but there not a great things wrong and that's probably reflected in price......... and it totally depend on what job you want horse to do - for hacking and light rc stuff fine, BUT showing eventing bsja-ing......... sorry but ..... should have got vetting..
