Ive got a little Scottie dog (in my sig) Buster.
He's a proper little mummy's boy but loves other dogs and loves playing and running with them.
He lives at home with two cats, but Im wondering if he might like another K9 for company. When we go out on walks he's oobber sociable and loves to play with other dogs, so Im wonder weather to get him a buddy or if it would just upset him brining another dog into his home.
Thoughts please

Yes! If you have time / space - definately!

Dogs love the company of other dogs... even my parents grumpy old collie - who hates all dogs

- loves my lab Loki because he is sort of part of her 'pack'. It has transformed her to have him around

(we stay there most weekends you see)

He'll probably sulk to start off with - the collie ignored Loki until he was about 6 months old - but now she goes mad with excitement when he arrives

A friend is a great idea as long as it's the right one, I've always found a male-female mix can work better but of course plenty of boys get along so why not pop down to the rescue centre with him and see who he gets on with?! Good luck!

I have the same thoughts about my little dog but he can be over enthusiastic when in company and not sure whether to get another or not tbh.

Would love to know how you get on
