My horse is on loan, and he is going straight from the loan to a working livery - he will be tried for a week then they will say yay or nay.
Now I was just wondering, Should I see about getting a vet to come and give him a once over on the week before he is moved? He is going on a sat so unless its an emergency they said not keen to do it that day.
I was just thinking it would be good to make sure he is ok and so that I can say he was fit and healthy when starting the working livery etc?
Also, How much roughly is a vetting/check up?
