Am currently at a DIY livery yard 1 mile from home. Horse is, settled there and I have freinds I can rely on but there are so many issues.
Yard owners girlfreind keeps her horses in when it's raining so they can spend days in their stables. She decides to put them out yesterday afternoon just as my lesson was starting, her paddock is next to the school behind a, tall hedge. Consequently lesson was, ruined due to her horses, galloping round.. I mentioned this to yard owner, girlfriend later came to see me shouting about me moaning. At the end of the day I'm a paying livery
There are a lot of other issues, it takes diy to a, whole new level. Many of the other liveries are unhappy but there aren't many other yards around.. Just needed to vent really, I was so shocked and angry at being shouted at.

As a paying customer if I was shouted at by owner or relation to the owner then I most certainly would be saying see you later ??. I’m sure a civil conversation could have taken place. It sounds like there’s more things that aren’t ideal either so yes I’d look elsewhere.

Totally understand the inconvenience that there are not many places to go. YO probably knows it. But personally if YO or anyone related to him shouted at me I would hand in my notice and made a public review.
