Would you pay full years rent in order to get the perfect yard?

Its very hard here to find anything like this in our neck of the woods so I guess they can quite happily charge £2k if someone like hers going to pay. I have been troweling through the net for her, we have all been running into local horse shops to check notice boards and there is nothing here. I would quite happily snap some ones arm off for 10 acres for under £1k. There is no water or elec and is off a beaten track so would be a bit of a battle sometimes to get in. The fencing will need to be sorted as previous tenant had horses with barbed wire fencing :eek::eek::eek::eek:!
I think it's a lot but I think that she's worries she won't find anything else here!
