Who says he can't put a head collar on properly? Is there a law to say how it goes on? Does it matter? I stand in front of all mine, head on, , always have never had any problems tho some people look at me very strange! I've taught mine to lower their heads, much easier!
i'm afriad i'm of the school of thought that total novices shouldnt buy horses - too much can go wrong. if they can do the basics in stable management, care and riding then yes.
But not even put a headcollar on and only walking - no. How does this person know that when they learn everything involved with horses that they will still want one of their own 7 days a week 365 days a year?!
Its just wrong IMO, whatever happened to learning to ride at a RS or similar, getting a half loan or/then a full loan then thinking about your own form there!!
I would also never sell a horse that would be kept on the same yard as me, would be too hard for me.
Lol i've confused everyone obviously! Lots of people use just the first letters of their horses name or a letter for someone they are talking about i don't get why everyone is getting so confused here? Is it because B & H are makes of cigarettes??!
Well its ok for now, i was down there last night and we (B and myself) spoke to this person's instructor and the instructor is of the same train of thought as me (they seem to listen to their instructors more than anybody else), so selling H is not so much a worry now.
Think i just panicked a bit yesterday was a bit of a shock.
