Yes, absolutely.

Yes, I have 3 horses on the yard with hock arthritis. All are in full work. I had a 22 year old mare here for a couple of years with knees like footballs. Used to use her for hacking and she was fab.

Depends on the company I was putting the horse in with, providing the horse is comfortable living with the other horse or group of horses in the field.

As all the others have said, if you can afford to keep up with any treatment the horse requires, and the horse will be comfortable with yours, and is what you want, then it definitely wouldn't put me off!
