would you use a trailer/lorry cleaning service?

As the title!
And if you would use it, how often would you?
would you prefer it to be picked up then dropped back once cleaned or would you prefer to deliver and collect it yourself?
and how much would you pay for it?
would be complete clean out jet wash, matting out etc or would you prefer just a standard clean?

Just wondering really if there would be demand for this sor of thing?

Might be a seasonal thing for leisure riders rather than an ever week service. Think most folk would prefer it cleaned on site. Might be worth a crack though.

Id like it if it got done at a show or something but wouldnt pay much for it as its something I can do myself relatively easily x

I have a trailer, it would be great if it was picked up and done off site so no hassle to my YO's. Main thing that I'd want is a proper outside clean including the roof as that's the bit I can't do myself.

I'd also want it back either with matts up for floor to dry throughly or if possible back all properly dried with matts down. But the latter with a wooden floor trailer would take more than a day so not possible I don't think.

Bonus'es would be if trailer could be regreased at the same time and perhaps some of that litter conditioner down under the matts.

thanks, good point about the roof, i get my OH to do it so will ask him how!

good point re drying the floors, suppose it would be ok if the weather was nice, could b a challenge otherwise!!

We try and get our lorry cleaned every few mths, the guy comes to our yard and he charges about £40 and polishes it, he does a great job

We always pick the poop & haylege out after every journey as well.

Sorry, no I wouldn't - insurance would probably be a problem with lorry being driven off site and tbh it's such a quick job for OH to do that I wouldn't pay for it

I wouldn't, mainly as I hose out my trailer every time I use it. I took the rubber mats out the other day and it was a real pain but having put them back myself I know they are secured correctly - I don't know if I'd trust someone else to do it (sorry!). If I was ever to use a service like this, then I'd like it done at home, not taken away.

when i was in hospital i was talking to a girl whos hubby has a mobile service that offers this, apparently its quite popular, she did give me the website addy, will have to try and find the bit of paper with it on so you can have a look! he goes to the customers with his van and does it there.
