Would you view a horse if.......

Hi I'd deffo go, when you get there you might not want it! or the owner thinks your so fab will reduce the price!! Either way if you dont go you'll never know:) Let us know how you get on

If I was selling I would be more inclined to reduce the price if I thought the person was a good match for the horse and could offer a good home. If I was looking it would depend how much out of my price range and whether the owner was more interested in home or money.

Yup I'd view providing it wasn't miles away. As the others have said often the home is really important to the seller so if they liked you they would probably discuss price - within reason.
Good luck

I can definately second this, I'm currently selling one of my cobs and my ad states will negotiate for good home. I've also specified that I will come look at his potential new home. I'd rather know he was going to the right person n a good home than get the full price for him and him not having the love n attention he truly deserves!!

On the other hand you may get there and find he's not what you hoped. God knows I drove miles looking a crap, obviously not intentionally !!!!!! If you like and she doesn't take your offer then it's HER loss.

Ditto! Half the things I looked at were nothing like the pics. One was an RSPCA case. And the one I did buy...am now selling as they were ever so slightly economical with the truth.

it depends on what your budget is! and what the horse is priced at! dont go looking at an 8 to 10K horse if your buget is 3K. just wasting time. if the horse is 500 to 1k over your budget then you might get a deal.
