sell a horse asap just because you know he is a headshaker and if time went on nearing the summer it would get worse.?
Would you be honest or hide this fact just to enable you to potentially get your money back as you were conned?

hmmm, have not been in that position myself but I think I would be too chicken not to say anything, because I would be afraid of the come back-everyone is sueing nowadays!!!! How serious is the headshaking??

I would probably try to sell asap but be totally honest about the problem, for the new owners' sake and also for the poor horse.
From reading your post, obviously the owner bought the horse without being told of the problem

but that's no reason to do the same thing to someone else.

Horse was brought from Ireland last Feb, good hunter but unrideable when the flies are out. I have not seen but have heard stories that the poor rider was hit in the face from shakey horse head!
I would be honest, but feel these people will not be.

I would try and get a referral to Derek Knottenbelt who has done a great deal of research into the condition.

If this wasn't possible, I wouldn't sell on without being honest ..... I'm just not that type of person.
