Yes I would. Again, depends on the asking price. But I would far rather drop the selling price by a bit to see the horse go to a guaranteed good home.

Depending on the price, yes. I'd always drop the price to get a home I felt happy with. I'd always add a bit on in the first place, though, expecting to be negotiating.

It would depend on the interest I had had and the original price tbh. Why should a local home be better than someone further away? You have no say once it is sold.

I would agree to meet them half way if you are happy with the buyers and the price.
