Recently I posted on here asking for advice on what to do with my Ariat boots that were unzipping.

Someone sais that they had great customer service and to contact them.

I sent my 18 MONTH OLD, worn day in and out, boots off to Ariat for them to check for any faults.

Today I came home to find a BRAND NEW pair had been delivered!


Very happy now!

I know who I will be buying my next pair of boots from!
 
I once ripped the toe part clean off a pair of ariat's hacking up the lane got my toe stuck in some stock fencing they replaced no questions asked
 
Did you have to show your receipt? I have a slightly busted pair, but no receipt!

I didn't, when I sent some mudbusters back.

Their customer service has to be good because their wellies aren't! I had two pairs of Mudbusters - both split on the inside of the sole within a few weeks of light wear (we're talking mucking out two horses a day, that's all!). I sent both pairs back and after a phone call with them where they told me that they had had a faulty batch, they sent me two new pairs. And the two new pairs also split........so after four pairs have now done this with me, I'm certainly not prepared to buy any more!
 
I posted a while back about my experience, had 2 pairs of Bromonts, both zips broke (turns out I should have bought wider calf than I had) replaced both no questions asked!

I've always found them great too. They replaced a zip on one pair. Completely replaced another which leaked a bit and sorted out a bust popper on my chaps :)
Great service! Always buy from them now.
 
I have had a zip go in my chocolate Bromonts, had them just over year and worn them only for schooling, kept with trees in etc etc, they replaced without question.
The actual slidey bit of the zip snapped on my non-insulated Bromonts, approx 17 months old, again replaced without question.
Quantum Devon Pros, about 4 months old, one line of the stitching on the toe cap started to come adrift - again replaced without question.

Love Ariats! And their clothing too - and no, I don't work for them.
 
Ring them up on the number on their website, sounds as though the email didn't get through - I've always had instant response from them.

I must admit that I've always found their customer service impeccable with the result that I am happy to choose their products over others. This level of service is such a rarity these days that I try and treasure it!!
 
I posted recently about my non matching chaps and boots saga (bought chaps while waiting for boots to come, shop gave me the wrong colour despite me specifying brown three times). When I went back to the shop they swapped the boots (I'd bought them from ride away) because Ariat would swap them no problem!

I think I will stick with Ariat from now on too, they are comfortable (went xc schooling on First wear!) from the get go and excellent customer service so you really can't lose! I've been avoiding zipped boots for ages as well as I thought they were really ugly but now I have a pair they are so flattering and smart I can't believe it :D
 
The zip on my Conniston's broke at a mini hunter trials and I did the course with parcel tape round my boot. The zip broke on my Ariat jacket too, they replaced both of them straight away. The current boots are now starting to unzip, I may contact them again!
 
I absolutely love ariat!! I have a pair of short ariat riding boots which are still going 6 years after purchase, and I also have a pair of bromonts which are the best long boots I've ever had! Wouldn't buy any other make now.
 
I've a pair of tredsteps that have turned green!! No response to email from them on it. Not impressed... Think I'll be trying Ariats next!
