I would like to publically commend Equestrian Clearance for some brilliant customer service!

I ordered a pair of ariat close contact chaps for a bargain price which were delivered next day... Good start!

Unfortunately they were too big, I called them yesterday and asked for them to send me a smaller size..the catch being that I needed them for a competition on Thursday.

I asked if it was possible for them to send me a pair out and ask the courier to pick the others up..

They said this was absolutely fine and put them out for delivery.

The chaps came today and the old ones were taken back and best of all this was all free of charge!!

Massive thumbs up Equestrian Clearance!!!
 
I've been using them for years, always been happy.
I think with all the issues people have been having with a few other well known companies (mentioning no names of course) EC must be particularly proud of their good rep and keen to keep it up.
 
They left something out of my order a few years back, I got in touch and it was sent out immediately. Delivery was within a day or so for standard prices, and this was just before Christmas! Very impressed
 
I had to pay £11 to send back a faulty rug, which they didn't even want to know about, I found them very difficult to deal with, and continually chasing them up, people not calling me back etc :(
Obviously a rarity though reading through all these posts!
 
I have had excellent service from them, I left sisters birthday order a bit late, but they managed to get the stuff here on time :) I have had to change an order because I made a mistake with the size and they sorted it before despatch. I deffinitely rate them over a couple of others who I do not think much of.
 
They are brilliant used many times always fast delivery and great prices! I had to ring them when I realised I had put work address for delivery but home postcode, oops! They had already realised and corrected postcode and it was out for delivery and it was only the day after order ! Highly recommend them.
 
They are my first port of call when bying stuff online, I think their delivery is now free too, at least it was on some stirrup leathers I bought from them the other week. They are often a good bit cheaper than most others.

Don't get confused with equestrian clearances sales, I have heard they are absolutely terrible!
 
I had great Customer Service with Premier Equine.

Back in Nov 2012 I bought a 450g turnout rug to help see my horse through winter. As some of you may know, the rugs have 2 reflective strips at the front chest part of the rug and after about 2 months of him wearing it the stitching came out and the strips fell off. I emailed PE a picture of the rug and they rang within 15 mins saying I could either return the rug for a brand new one or they could credit my account with £50. They were so helpful and friendly so I'll definitely be using them again!
 
Have always found them very quick and helpfull. That said, am currently waiting for a reasonably big order that I placed in April to arrive. Was told dispatched end of April but app didnt make it to the courier and is in limbo somewhere! Not answered emails since Monday and as I needed the items for this weekend Im slightly miffed!
I would hope they are busy squirrelling away in the background and a complete order will be waiting for me when I get home but I doubt it.......
 
I have used them on a few occasions and found them to be excellent. I had a set of brushing boots that split, i had them for a few months before using them, I contacted them and sent them pictures, they asked me to return them and refunded me the p&p and sent me replacements out immediately.

A friend of mine bought some of there own brand country boots, which had a problem with them, they sent out a courier collected & replaced them straight away.

They are always my first port of call.

Love threads like this :) never bought from them before but will consider them next time I make a purchase! (Which I'm guessing will be soon enough - we all know what horses are like!)
 
I don't like the way they advertise on their site. They say something like rugs from £? & when you open up the link the price they are saying is for the neck cover. This happens on loads of things, I think it's sharp practice.

I often find that they have items for a 5'03 & 5'06 & then for 7'00 & 7'03", if you have the normal 16h - 16h2 horse there is little on the site of any use.
 
I used EquestrianClearance.com for the first time the other day and took advantage of their free delivery, and the item was delivered within two days, so very impressed with them.

I also like the fact that they sponsor some BRC events!
