Today i had a lesson with Lauren O'Hagan. It took me some time to book as she is so busy, however i am in now and have my weekly slot!! Yippee

Lauren travelled to me and did not charge for this. She arrived on time (which is strange for an instructor)

Lauren was so friendly and helpful. I thought i was going to be intimated....

After watching me warm up for a few mins and finding out all about my horse she told me my good areas and the points we had to work on. Lauren is the first trainer who has made me feel positive about my riding, and made me believe me and my little horse can do a decent dressage test!

We worked on getting my little chap to work to the contact in a longer neck! (as he likes to trot around with his chin on his chest!)

I know what i am working on till i next see her and she said if i get stuck to text her and she will ring me back once she is free, with some advice.

Can't wait for next wed too come!!!

Ooh whereabouts is she based? Some people on my yard are looking for a dressage trainer. Was trying to track down Eric McKechnie but he's like scotch mist! Glad you had such a positive lesson!

Lauren lives in Edinburgh but travels all over Scotland! She said she has done 10 thousand miles in her new car which she has had three months!! ooppps

Try her you will have a great lesson

I think she has a website! Google her!!!

yeh she's brilliant isnt she, ive had a few lessons off of her and she worked wonders on my boy, had a lesson with erik McKechnie tonight in the rain, as he comes to my yard once a fortnight and he is also very good, like eggs i can reccommend diana zajda ive only had xc lessons off her but she is very good

JenTaz, next time Eric comes up do you think you could ask him for some contact details. Been trying to track him down for lessons for ages! Sorry for the thread hijacking BTW!
