I saw that on faceache, how horrible for her. I do wish more owners would get mares scanned instead of trying remedies, much kinder to rule out things 1st.

Unbelievable to think the poor mare jumped GP in January!! These rumours can be very fast growing but even so! One stalwart of a mare. I wonder if she will go back into sport now?

Extraordinary! A mare from a local riding school was hired out to a lady to jump at a big week end competition at the Naval base down near Portsmouth (sorry, can't remember the name of the place). She jumped on the first day, was put in the stables for the night and in the morning there was a foal!!!
