As the title says... am wanting to sell my fixed block jumping flaps as really need some XC ones as I like to ride v. short and have a long thigh length... but not sure how much to advertise them for???

Ideally I'd like them to make a significant contribution to the cost of the xc flaps (otherwise I'd probably hang onto them as they are excellent at keeping me in the plate when madam is feeling a little too full of herself!) but not sure how much I could realistically ask for them?

Also, do I gamble and whack them on Ebay (which I'm slightly loathed to do due to the extortionate Ebay and Paypal fees!) or does anyone have any alternative suggestions?

Ta!

You could try the H and h tack bit before ebay. It is free (or was) for anything under £500. I would say about £150 but depends on the colour. If they are anything other than standard you will struggle more to sell.

ETA sorry realised they are brown! They should sell easily for £150.

i sold my giant fixed block dressage flaps year and half old got 260 on ebay if that help??
Couldnt find anyone that wanted them i put adverts everywhere!!

Hmm, If I can only get £150 for them then I think I'd keep them!

Lyna, Ebay might be the way to go then with a reserve. Ironically I have spent months waiting for some xc flaps to come up on Ebay with no luck and have resigned myself to the fact its going to cost much more than £300 to get some used, let alone ex-demo or new (believe me, I've tried!)
