Those of you with WOW saddles, what size headplate have you got in at the moment and what size headplate did you start off with, if different?

Just interested really, mine started in a 1 for a few weeks, quickly moved up to a 2 and has just outgrown a 3 (after 12 months) As they only make the headplates in steel for size 4 and above I'm guessing they're not that widely in use?

mine hasnt changed yet!! but it has only been checked once since! cant remember what size think its a 0 or a 1, but my horse is now building muscle up across her back so it may well change later in the year!

Mine started in a 0 and went up to a size 3 at one point. She then needed a new panel with a wider gullet as her topline had increased so much and now she is in a size 2.

I fit WOW's and have found that a very large change in the headplate size is not uncommon.

My own horse fluctuates between a 1 & 2.

I have one horse in a 2 and the other in a 3

I am trying to get the 3 headplate horse thinnner, if he does lose desired weight he might be a 2 (currently call 'fat' in a working hunter and needs to lose weight to SJ)

Only the new lightweight magnesium headplates are in 4 sizes - the good old steel ones come in 9 different sizes.

Mine's obviously a fat git if he's now wanting a size 4 then!
