My 4yr TB is normally all over the place with her head, when i try and ask for a nice outline she always resists and gets fustrated and throws her head up or down out my hands.
I was riding in an eggbut snaffle, i have now changed it to a loose ring with lozenge snaffle. Rode her out this morning and she was so much better with it, even got her in an outline without having to try, she went beautifully in it and no head shaking!! the big test will be next week when i school her in menage, fingers crossed we have sorted the problem!

Alot of people get confused when it comes to bits.... they always assume that problems arise from the incorrect bit strength! I learnt this lesson the hard way, and it usually boils down to the mouth piece somewhere down the line lol!

Lets hope she's a good girl for you! It's a great feeling when you both are finally happy!
