Writing a receipt for horsebox?

I've sold my little lorry, it's been bought by an acquaintance and they have paid bank transfer and are collecting tomorrow.

What should I write on the receipt? Never done this before ?

This what I had on mine when I sold it 2yrs ago:

Vehicle details: Ford Transit 3.5t horsebox with Ifor Williams body. Registration mark XXX XXX. Sold as seen, tried and tested. V5/log book has been signed and green slip has been received by the purchaser. Seller to post V5 on day of sale (or next working day if at the weekend)

The aa have a downloadable receipt to fill in - it’s dead easy. Print two copies and fill it out with the buyer. Take an envelope, stamped addressed, for the V5.

I used a copy of the advert and then added the bits everyone else has mentioned.
