Writing a share agreement

After reading one of the posts below, I've realised I need to draw up a share agreement; I don't have a sharer yet but I want to make a draft copy.

Can anyone suggest what sort of things I need to include?

There's an example of one on horse world (or horse data) - I think there might be one on the BHS website as well now
