I do it quite a lot and really enjoy it. Last one was for medium up to inter 2 which was really great. Impossible to learn each test when there is only 1 rider in each class. I have always found judges to be really nice and have been happy to answer any questions I have.(when asked ag an appropriate time) You can’t see everything in a test but it has definitely helped my competitions as I have more of an idea when I get my tests back. Judges have also given me tips on how to ride a movement if I have written for a test I have also ridden.
If you loose track of comments just make sure you get the score. If is easier to go back and fill in comments after.
I see it as a very positive. I get a mini riding lesson, I get a free entry and chocolate, biscuits and chips
