I have just logged on to find the new forum is slower than an injured carrier pigeon...... And my name has changed and where did my avatar go????!!!!!!!!!!! Sort it out Horse and Hound!!!!!!!

They did post a prior-warning up before it all got re-done regarding your name being changed to your login name and avatar's would be lost so to save them etc.....

If you wander through the last few days posts, you'll find loads of complaints about how slow the new system is. To be fair though, today is very different. Or at least it is at 1.08 am! Much faster and much more user friendly. Almost as good as before now, though the ordering of threads is still a little counter-intuitive. Re your avatar, just find it in your eg photobucket and add it in H&H. Easy Peasy - even I managed it!

I totally agree - I am really struggling with the speed of it and although I know I shouldn't i keep clicking the back button when I get fed up with waiting just to see if it's quicker if I start again! I don't like the new style at all and spend much less time on here now - well apart from the waiting of course!
