) and had the same experience as you - no reply to calls, emails etc. HOWEVER, the rug did eventually arrive and it was fine so hopefully you will get the same result. Fingers crossed ..
I ordered a rug last year, took 6 weeks to come and in that time they didn't answer the phone or reply to my messages. The rug did come eventualy and was just what I wanted...
I ordered 2x rugs last year for xmas, they did take about 3 weeks to arrive, just short of us contacting them, but we didn't because they were in time for xmas as planned. But I was going to order another one this month which I'm now slightly worried about after reading these bad experiences, but like I said ours arrived ok in ok time.
Used them last year. Ordered 3 rugs, took 2months to arrive, only to find out they weren't exactly what we had ordered but had been substituted with rugs of a similar specification. Could not make contact with the company for the entire time. Needless to say we couldn't be bothered to try and get the rugs that we had ordered in the first place!
But don't worry, your rugs will come EVENTUALLY!
My mate ordered a stable rug at christmas, and it took months to arrive, they dont reply to emails or answer calls. When it did arrive they included a note saying how lucky she was as she got the "new seasons colours!". Heh.. all she wanted was the rug!
