X-country Schooling!?!

Im looking to take my new boy xc schooling, hes only a baby so im lookin only to jump up to about 2'6, my friend however will be joining me on her horse who regulalry jumps 3 - 3'3 classes, does any one know of any nice cross country course for hire, or schooling days with a nice variety of fences? we woul d laso like a nice water complex as Ollie doesnt do puddles.. never mind water jumps!

Ohhhh, and we are in County Durham, but have a trailer so could travel about an hour?

Swinburne's near Sunniside and Titlington (might be a bit far?) are 2 that spring to mind, but haven't been for an age so not sure what they're like at the mo
