doing first cross country soon, wat should i expect? wat do i need to take with me? i know i need the obvious saddle, etc but just in case there is something i need that i dont know about. never ever done one before! thanks

medical armband, you can get them off the british eventing website for £5. fill it in with all your details as i dont think they will let you go without one. back protector as they wont let you go without one.
