Where can I find the rules for cross-country obstacles at BE events? The handbook on the BE website doesn't go into enough detail. Is there a set of design guidelines for course designers & builders?

I am trying to compare FEI, British, and American rules/guidelines. Thank you for any assistance in finding these!

Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for. I did already have FEI and United States rules & guidelines; I had just hoped that the Brits had similar publications.
