XC hire in Bucks/Beds/Herts area that isnt a shoe pulling bog?

I would like to go xc schooling at some point in the next month and although most courses round here are open a lot of the ground leaves a lot to be desired. The closest to me would be Great Westwood but I've heard the ground is boggy and as I would be going on a horse I share not own I dont want to take risks with shoe pulling or strains.

I know the ground is not going to be perfect anywhere really after the year of weather we have had but the best of a bad bunch will do.

Boomerang in Berkshire ground was spot on last week

2nd MK - we were there yesterday and some areas are very wet but as long as you check before you jump there are plenty of fences on good ground.
