Hi all,

Does anyone know of any places that are currently open for XC schooling near me (Warks/Leics/Northants area). Everywhere I've tried is still closed until at least the end of March. I'm supposed to running at Stafford at the end of MArch, but am hanging fire on my entries until I've taken the new boy schooling (as he hasn't seen anything yet) and I'm desperate to give him a run before I send my entries off!!!!

MKEC are open. They were open yesterday even after all the snow the rain we had

Oooo What was MKEC like? really need to take the boyo!

Umm not sure about Aston le Walls.... they should be soon cos they have EHOA clinics planned in teh next week or so.

I was XC schooling at MKEC yesterday - the ground was wet with lots of big puddles but the going wasn't too bad at all. Most of the jumps have all-weather take-offs and landings anyway.

Bit of a hairy moment when Lex decided she needed to jump the massive puddle in front of a jump as well as the fence itself - actually managed to hail a cab with both arms!!

Now that I would have loved to have seen - quite an impressive body positioning

Blooming terrifying actually!! Good thing she managed to land underneath me on the far side (entirely luck, absolutely no skill on my part!!).

LMAO!!!
We've got a fab pic of my sister jumping into the advanced water at Hartpury a few years ago, she's completely let go of the reins and in process of hailing a cab for herself and her horse
