Can anyone recommend a 100g stable rug (with or without neck) that is XL style - as in bigger round the chest and shoulders. I know about Big Horse Shop but they are very expensive......

Do ruggles have anything in? They've just started a Heavy Horse range although I've always used there normal horse rugs on my Clydesdale.

They only start at 7ft..... I need a 6ft 9 :-(

Swish horse rugs have very roomy shoulders and drop and fit my very broad horse. Come in all sizes. They currently have 100gm stable on sale �� I have about 8 of their rugs in stable and turnouts and they are all in their 4th season of use.

Horseware do a really good range for XL horses. The neck is usually about 20% deeper.
I'd also highly recommend the optimo rug for anything with wide shoulders. It comes up huge sizing wise so I would recommend going a size down if you do go for this. My ID mare is a 6'9 in all her other horseware rugs but takes a 6'6 in the optimo with room to spare!

Ruggles normal range are good for wide shoulders as are any of the Highlander range of shires
