I've got my young Exmoor x ?cob in a Christ Lamfelle bareback pad as well - fab! That is a remarkably professional Christmas get-up - I hope you rode out in it, so lots of people could admire your lovely horse in his festive finery!

They're lovely saddles (for want of a better term!). I do everything in mine.

Yes we did indeed �� a family stopped and took photos lol.

Just checked them out and going to order one for her. Do you both have knee rolls and use stirrups? Also it says not to mount with the stirrup's, but do you? Sorry to hijack your thread.

I use mine with stirrups yes. I try not to get on from ground as long term would stretch and break I presume or put lot of stress on material. I vault on or we stand at anything to use as a mounting block �� I've got on from ground occasionally when hip been too bad to vault though.

You can buy half trees for them with proper stirrup bars ��
