Me and a few of the other girls in my block would like to get our YO a pressie for xmas, just to say thanks for everything she does for us and our neds.

I cant for the life of me think what would be a good gift to get?

Was probably thinking of spending about £30-£45 between the 3 of us.

Any ideas?

xx

Spa session or massage voucher.

( or wine)

I've bought my YO some Sealskinz gloves for Christmas (and also as a huge thank you for looking after my boy so well :) )

A lesson, or a tack shop voucher, or if she likes getting her hair done a Toni and Guy (or whatever salon she likes) voucher, or Debenhams.....

if feasible between you do all her chores for a day so she can have a day off!

Great idea!

Thinking back to my days working with horses, warm gloves, socks, jumpers were really appreciated. I never seemed to have enough! Really good, luxurious handcream, as my hands got trashed.

Do a bit of subtle checking first, does YO drink? Eat chocolate etc?

Spa voucher, hair do, both lovely thoughts, but would your YO actually use them? I'd be touched if my Boarders gave me that but I would never use them :(

Thats what I though to be honest. I got a load for my 40th, and never had time to go - beware as well - many of the spa vouchers I got ran out after a few weeks  which was one of the reasons that I didn't use them!

Brill thanks for all the ideas, a hamper is a good idea then I can put a few bits in it. Am reading it on my phone so initially read it as hangover, haha!!

Will speak to the other girls but thinking along the lines of, wine, choccies, gloves, hat, socks etc.

Thanks xxx

A years subscription to her favourite horse magazine? Just back in Portugal after a weekend in the UK and became very popular when I dropped some (well read!) magazines into the office!!

A nice hand cream - and/or a big gorgeous smelling candle perhaps? But then I am a sucker for a nice candle in the winter time...
Have a look at The White Company for nice little gifts - cashmere bed socks/candles/diffusers etc (and they do mail order).
