y/o changing rules regulary

Do you have a y/o that changes rules when suits ? Maybe its just me, yes it is his land and its nothing to do with me- my friend and i keep our horses there though issues - y/o leaving place unlocked at all with no one on yard we have had issues with people driving in /wondering in ,changing goalposts about using fields/mixing geldings and mares ,worming letting some horses go unwormed amongst liveries who worm strictly ,changing mind about turn out altogether in winter ,hes not there all the time and not 100% intrested really asked to put my horse in a field belly high of grass too ! <quite fat he is >plus lots of other stuff which is quite minimal but it all adds up and gets frustrating , just cant understand it ?

I wouldve moved when he was mixing wormed and not wormed horses. In fact regardless of whether the yard is DIY or not he should make sure all horses are on a worming programme, our YO does.....
