Hi,
I'm looking for a yard, minimum of 4 stables and enough grazing for them to be out during the day all year round.
I need decent hacking as I have eventers and absolutely need access to a school, although I don't mind if it's on site/shared one to hire within very short hacking distance.
Its mainly for private use although if there were more stables it would be ideal if i can sublet some for schooling/breaking livery or possibly full/part livery.
I have extremely high standards of care which includes maintaince of the grazing and buildings so your property would be in good hands!
I'm based in Newbury but would be able to travel a little if necessary.
