I count myself REALLY lucky, as my yard is fabulous. The YO works really hard to get the right mix of people - she "interviews" all prospective clients and turns away any she doesn't like! She is of the opinion that we all work too hard and pay too much to not enjoy our horses. Everyone is really supportive and there is no bitchiness or backstabbing. I have experienced my fair share of bitchy yards and it has just made me appreciate my current yard even more!
