Yard broken into in Ely last night

My yard in Little Downham, Ely was broken into last night. They cut through the main gate with cutting gear and smashed the lock off the tack room. They stole 2 trailers (one Ifor Williams, one Rice),a Suzuki quad bike, several bridles including two Stubbens, saddles including a Stubben Eidlewise, a Wintec Isobelle dressage saddle, several headcollars and breastplates/martingales. Strangely they left all the rugs.

Please contact Horsewatch so that they can put details on their web site and circulate details around the country to the different county groups. You will need to report it first to the police and get an incident number. If the tack was marked you have a greater chance of getting it back. Remember that they will wait about 4 - 8 weeks before returning and trying to remove the replacement stuff so make sure that they are all postcoded and tack marked or even better don't keep them there anymore. (Any pictures of the stolen items would be useful).

Thanks, have contacted police and got crime number. Needless to say the tack won't be kept here in future.
