Yard contracts

we have them...., spells out the yard rules, liabilities on our side and liabilities on the liveries sides..ie damage, etc etc. also it gives ur temrs of business
 
I do at my yard.
Was given a full set of rules and regs for the yard. When livery must be paid by, rules on dogs on the yard, about the standards of care for horses.
Also had to give my full details and horses vet/farrier/insurance company.

Peace of mind really!
