Yard Dilemma - Opinions?

I tend to agree with Sooty - I am on a yard now but would give my right arm to have my own place again. I did more with my boys when there was just me then I do now on the yard.

But then I do understand what you mean about the social side of things - you are a very sociable person Kim so can see why you want to be back with other people at a yard.

At the end of the day tho you need to make the best decision for both you and Jags.

I would definitely move. From your description of your current place it seem like donkeys should be the only happy residents there unless you have a horse just so he keeps the grass short

I am horrified of road riding having had bad experiences with crazy drivers so that road alone would put me off.
The schooling facilities and off road hacking at the old place sounds like essentials to me really but then I like to ride as well as have a horse

Company - hmm, I could do without as like to concentrate on a horse but then being able to have help, share costs and maybe even pop to a show together sounds great!
If Iwere you I would start packing...yesterday!
