Hi everyone,

My name is Kirsty and I am a freelance journalist.

I am looking for some case studies to accompany a survey on livery yards, that will feature in one of the top equestrian mags. I need to speak to FOUR people about their experiences.

The type of stories I am after are:

‘I’ve found the perfect yard’
‘Yard bullies made my life hell’
‘I travel for miles every day to get my yard’
‘I’ve changed yards (eg) 10 times in 10 years’

Wow, 15 miles twice a day, so 30 miles a day or 15 miles in total? How long does that take you and why do you travel so far? Feel free to PM me with more details.

I traveled 17 miles each way twice a day to look after my horses on the yard that I am on got so feed up with it talked OH into moving house and now we are just over 2 miles from the yard which is bliss.
 
locked in tack room with lady stood against door woult let me out and kicked my tack over as i gave her some advice as horse obeast last jan now been in since june with lami n still in !!
