yard management / accounts sytems ??

Hello , I am looking for an accounting system/ program that will help with the running and accounting / bills of my livery yard.

There are many options out there but I was wondering which ones people find work well and are they ok to use with a Mac ??

Hi yea Rollestone is bigger than ever ..I have just been busy and the web site has died temp...Its all in hand tho now and should be back by the end of the week .

Web cams will be on soon to for the foaling , theres only 5 to fal this year but we are putting 15 of 20 back in foal for next year .. The new site is long over due tho lol

Don't know about from a YM's point of view but from an accountant's point of view Sage is pretty straight forward to use. Not tried any others. I'd suggest you ask a bookkeeper / accountant for advice as they will have seen loads and will be able to give pro's / cons.
 
you would have thought the accountant would have helped ...its a large firm I use ! I was advised to google it ! I wasnt best impressed but hey ho still need to sort it .

I looked at sage but to be honest I thought there would be a simple horse yard system out there that would do what I want of it ...and I just need to find it ! ha

I have had a made system but it does have issues with changing info at times !
 
Google 'VT Cashbook' i believe its free to down load, it was last time i looked. we use it at work and its very straight forward and much easier to use than sage.
