Yard move dilemma !

Could you discuss the pros with your present land owner. Take your 2 away for a couple of months, to protect her land, she doesn't charge you rent for this time because her field will be benefitting from the rest. Also if you don't come back she will inherit the stables so technically a win win for her, and you don't lose the whole cost of the stables. (2 months rent worth off the stables).

If the stables and fencing are yours can you not dismantle and sell on or take with you.

I'd stay at my own place. More horrible people will move into the other yard at some point.

Everyone is really completely hacked off with the interminable rain and mud at the moment.

Own yard any day but mine is at home (rented fields, stables in garden) so I can leave the kids in the house.

But my eldest is autistic so taking him to a yard outside of a set schedule isn’t fun!
