Yard needed

Hi guys
Any ideas on where to look for a yard. Have tried all of the obvious places but nothing.
I am just looking for turnout with three stables and power/water.
But can't seem to find anything..
Any ideas?

I am ideally looking for my own yard rather than livery. Would also be brill if there was on site accommodation even if just a mobile home.
Any ideas would be great.
