You could ask JHoward, she recently started a new forum. Alternatively, could you not ask admin to create a new forum on here for yard owners? The worst that can happen is that they say no.

If there was a YO Forum wouldn't there also have to be an Owners Forum, and would Owners be allowed on the YO Forum and vice versa?
