yard owners- i need a livery contract quick

as above, took on a livery for the first time after moving to my own little piece of paradise.
problem was that i stupidly did not have the livery sign a contract. there has been a few issues already and we only on week 4! i need to sort this out or move her on and as she was a person i have known for a few years i find this would be rather awkward. i have looked on line but the ones i have seen are rather complex to say the least, any one have a simple one?

I could e-mail you mine, but it is fairly complex as I don't have DIYs... What I did is googled livery contract and then made my own out of bits of different ones.

Got a detailed one that you can cannibalise to suit

Includes yard cleanliness, storage, paddock info, general care, do's & don'ts & vet/PTS info.
