Yard Owners/ Pros - Where do you find grooms?

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody can point me in a good direction to find grooms for a yard in Scotland. Struggling to find capable people with a strong assessment of their own abilities!

I believe many have success through Career Grooms. Possibly also Yard and Groom.
