God how odd. A livery wants to follow absolute best protocol for worming ( IMHO anyway) and YO is complaining?!
If I was her YO I'd be overjoyed at her incredibly sensible approach. Egg counting is a great tool if you do it regularly. Doing one count once every five years is only a spot check. Doing three or four counts a year is a great way to get a good idea. Much better than over worming and causing resistance
