Yard Recommendations - Essex

Looking for yard that does part/full livery that has excellent facilities (indoor/outdoor school with good surfaces, on site trainer, all year turnout even if limited in winter etc.)

I need to progress with mine and my horses training, so looking for a training yard (Dressage/Eventing) that has friendly, helpful people who encourage. Would like an on site trainer, but also allow outside trainers in. Turnout all year, but happy for restricted in winter. Indoor and/or outdoor arenas with all weather surface.

For a small horse who's rider needs a kick up the a**e to further his training and skills!

Near Southend, Essex, but will travel up to 30 mins for the right yard.

I'm at rawreth equestrian centre. Only been here a few months since I got my first horse but used to ride at their riding school many years ago.
You can either have full livery, five day full with diy at the weekend or diy. With the diy and five day the horses still get fed and watered.
Due to the fields the horses currently have limited turnout, every other day.
There's two schools, indoor and flood lit out door. A lunge area and a 'play pen'.
I'm really happy there
