Yard rent - how much please?

Please could you advise on what price rent should be on a private yard, 3 stables, hay storage, small tack room. Water, no electricity. 6 acres. No arena.

Where? I''m in the South East and would expect to pay at least £75 per week for that. In other parts of the country it will be cheaper though.

I'm in south east and pay £260 a month for a private yard of 2 stables , large storage barn, sandschool and 3 acres. That includes electricity and water.

I pay £50 week for 3 stables (one of which we use as a store) and 3 acres. Water is billed separately. No electricity.

£25 per horse per week with stable and enough grazing, water but no electricity, no arena... yes. I know of a 4 stable yard that would be rented out for that near me if it were to become vacant. It actually has electricity as well!
However, I enquired recently about a supposedly 8 stable yard, that had only 5 acres and they wanted £900 pcm, which to me is daylight robbery because that isn't enough grazing for 8 horses, so I guess anywhere is what someone is prepared to pay for it.

We pay for 6/7 stables, floodlit ménage, tack room, 5 acre fields roughly and storage £1600 PCM although we do get a 3 bed house and annexe too, in east mids area.

I am interested in this as I have been trying to research how much to advertise, small house, land and yard. All I seem to find is the huge 4/5 bedroom type with every luxury or proffessional type of yards.

I'm in S Yorks - it belongs to a bloke & the yard is behind his house - I just knocked on his door & asked if I could rent it !! xx

i'm south west and rented a 5 acre field with a barn (opened up into the field so lots of choice), 4 stables, storage space, tack room, electric, water but no arena. i paid £40pw for the whole thing.

It would be in Kent where I am, especially if there is reasonable hacking. 3 horses at £100 pcm, a lot of places charge that for DIY with a stable and a reasonable amount of grazing. Electricity is often a bit of a luxury!
