Yard rental in Wiltshire and surrounding area

A random question from my non horsey brother who I suspect is looking at property. How much would you expect to pay for a tidy little yard for 3 horses, 10 - 12 acres decent grazing with field shelter, hay barn, sand school and space for lorry or trailer, rental per week. Wiltshire/Somerset/Dorset/Devon/Cornwall?

About £400 PCM , most liveries are about £120 a month for basic stable, field and arena on DIY. There was a yard in Dorset up for rent, £600 PCM for 5 stables, 12 acres, arena and field shelter.
